Andrew Granger & Co were engaged to sell my current property and were also the agent selling my new home. Their Sales Manager, Leigh Chapple-Lynch, was an invaluable constant throughout this protracted and complicated transaction. He was professional, supportive and very understanding of my circumstances, having my best interests at heart. He communicated well, responded quickly to enquiries, was friendly and approachable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and the company to others.

Excellent on the sales process including valuation, brochure, arranging viewings and managing offers. From sale agreement to exchange took much longer than necessary due to administration issues on the buyer's side. With the benefit of hind-sight, we think that some of this delay could have been avoided with a more pro-active follow up in the early stages.
Overall we would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Granger. Leigh and Harry were a pleasure to work with and all contact with the Leicester office was positive.

We recently sold a property through Andrew Granger and found their approach professional from the outset.
They read the market at the time correctly and offered sound and sensible advice at every stage of what became a rather drawn out sale process to put it mildly!
Mark Sandall and Leigh Chappell- Lynch were friendly, always contactable and their strong teamwork made liaison with the company easy.

Generally pretty good; they don't really respond to emails as they prefer to speak to you in person. Once our sale had been agreed they were very good at getting things done and chasing the buyer's solicitors (who were awful). Credit in particular should go to Harry for his patience, professionalism and tenacity. Thanks.
