Generally pretty good; they don't really respond to emails as they prefer to speak to you in person. Once our sale had been agreed they were very good at getting things done and chasing the buyer's solicitors (who were awful). Credit in particular should go to Harry for his patience, professionalism and tenacity. Thanks.

This was my most difficult tenancy so far. None of what had been promised before signing was actually done. I had to carry out renovations by myself. To get an answer from the landlord you have to wait for weeks. They will always tell you 'we will look into this.' And nothing gets done. Plus other problems which would take too long here to write.
