When I decided to sell my property I did a little shopping around and chose Andrew Grant as they were charging the least for the same services as others had advertised. They also promised to sell my property for more money than others had quoted. I admit I was a little sceptical at first as this offer seemed to good to be true.
Once I met up with Lara I was quickly put at ease. Everything was explained in great detail and Lara made the process of setting it all up very smooth.

Andrew Grant sold the house within a few days with a price that I was very happy with.

Top of The Rock, Thought the Service I received was exceptional and I would recommend to everybody. I still visit the office weekly to see how the ladies are doing and enjoy seeing Lara and Jane's smiley faces.

We have appointed Andrew Grant, Droitwich on two occasions to sell our properties and although we part exchanged the first one, we were extremely pleased with the sale of our last house. Their Worcester office was also our vendors agent which proved to be very helpful. We also used their solicitors.
Jayne Cleavely was our main contact and did a splendid job throughout the process as did Jemma, who at the time was the Manager. I have since spoken to Lara, the new manager, who is also very professional. We would have no hesitation is recommending Droitwich Office or appointing Andrew Grant again in the future.

Absolute shambles waiting 3 weeks for valuation and then receptionist gives me wrong day even though I was face too face then told today not for another week or so. Never again try them. Need too train office staff to do the job

Very poor communication from the sales team. Left several voicemails on the office phone and calls never returned. Contacted through the online chat initially to view a property and nothing heard. Totally incompetent.
