Andrew Milsom and Partners made the whole process so simple and they handled everything for us as we live so far away. The house went on the market on Friday and was sold the following Thursday. I can not praise them too much, especially Gemma who was excellent

What can you say in a comparison study? No one sells a house regularly, and without some regrets. None of us feels that they’ve achieved what the house was worth to us. But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!

The staff are very pleasant but our house was on the market for 15 months before selling and they sold the house on the Las day of the notice period. It makes me wonder if we should have threatened to go elsewhere sooner would they have sold our house.
However, once sold the service was first class with a complicated sale/purchase and issues with solicitors they managed to get everything sorted only 10 days later than targeted.
