Currently a tenant in one of their properties in Thame. The lettings process was quick and easy, they were able to arrange a viewing very quickly, and the correspondence from them has always been clear and helpful. Appears to be a small business, so they do very well with what they've got.

Arranged a valuation with a week's notice. They call 24 hrs before to cancel, offering a date a week later. It seems there are so few in their 'team' they have no coverage for illness.
