The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. I couldn't recommend Andrew Nunn & Associates more highly. From day one, Andrew, Cara and Mateo were super helpful, friendly, and never made me feel I was too much trouble, even though I popped by many times asking questions! And they sold my flat within about six weeks of it going on the market. If you are looking to sell, they should be your first and only port of call

We've just sold our house with Andrew Nunn Associates. Even though it took a while due to market issues, Andrew and his highly skilled team maintained their enthusiasm throughout. They were helpful, responsive and just great to work with. We felt really looked after, which is important when you're going through the stressful experience that selling a house entails. I would have no hesitation in recommending this small independent company if you're looking to sell a property.

We have recently exchanged contracts on our house with Andrew Nunn & Associates. Andrew and his team were first-class throughout: responsive, proactive, pragmatic and efficient. Selling a house is not exactly a stress-free experience but they did not add to the stress in any way and that is the best compliment I can give. Highly recommended and a sharp contrast to the high-street chains I have dealt with in the past.

I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew Nunn & Associates for a number of years now. They help me to let both my properties in Chiswick and have always found good quality tenants in a timely fashion to minimise void periods. I very much appreciate how they keep me informed of regulation changes and advise on any issues with the rental properties. I have dealt with other letting agencies in Chiswick which lack the professional and polite service you will find here.

I bought and sold my property through the team at Andrew Nunn. They are trustworthy, professional and thanks to their local expertise they are in the know for fantastic housing stock. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough as an estate agent to buy and sell around the Chiswick & Bedford Park area.

My opinion: Andrew Nunn & Associates W4 5LG are thieves with fake 5-star reviews. They stole my holding deposit on a rental property and gave the property to someone else. They now refuse to return the holding deposit. I am going to take them to Court. They've conned the wrong customer this time.

If you want an honest, straightforward agent use Andrew Nunn. Unlike most agents they won't over promise and under deliver and all Andrew's colleagues are equally approachable, frank and astute. They all honestly work in the best interest of their clients, no nonsense and they work hard to get the job done. Their local knowledge is excellent and their service standards exceptional, they put other chain agencies to shame.
