I have just returned to the UK after 20 years abroad. Looking for a place to live prior to my arrival is not straightforward. A combination of onerous legal requirements assuming that people are simply relocating within the UK and a competitive rental market made it quite challenging.

I developed a professional relationship with Gabi and found a combination of common sense and the willingness to go the extra mile a real godsend. Furthermore, to a large extent I was relying on the estate agent's judgement of properties and the outcome was beyond my expectations. No spin simply a true reflection of the property recommended.

Due to the professional practice and friendly rapport, trust was established and this made the process hardly stressful. As I'm initially on my own and starting a new job, I also had challenging time obtaining deliveries whilst being at work. At one stage I was even helped out by the estate agent giving the the delivery company access into the property during working hours.

Andrew Nunn have just let my property in Chiswick. I found the team very professional, knowledgeable about the market and very helpful in handling all matters prior to the tenancy starting. This was particularly helpful as I was away on holiday for some of the build up. Thank you very much for your assistance and I can recommend them to other landlords, without hesitation.
