Danny Schultz from Andrew Pearce Pinner was amazing! We were looking to downsize, but still live in a nice property in the local area. Andrew took all our requirements into account and selected 2 properties for us to view - one of which we decided to take. However, it was slightly over what we were prepared to pay so Danny took all our details, including our professions and our future plans and put this to the Landlord who accepted our offer. As we were both extremely busy professionals, one of us running our own company, we had no time to figure out what paperwork we had to complete and when so Andrew made sure he contacted us when he needed something from us and was explicit in exactly what he needed. Fantastic service!

We recently rented a home through Andrew Pearce, and we've been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and attention they gave us! Really great communication between us, them, and the landlord, and they were quick and helpful at every enquiry. Tenants are usually forgotten as an afterthought, but not here!

Especially thank you to Danny Schultz who went out of his way to provide wonderful service. We will definitely use them again if we're ever in need of an estate agent!

Agreed on a house with me, said landlord had accepted and then called next day to say property had received another offer which was 400 pounds higher and we should pay higher. Claiming we did not pay deposit when they themselves had asked us to hold off paying deposits as the landlord had still not agreed to furniture being provided. I had twice offered to pay deposit. Extremely unprofessional and left me fuming..
