Looking out for rentals in London can be a stressful thing altogether and I've registered myself with so many property agencies many don't even bother contacting you. Kelly showed me a number of flats over the span of weeks and when I finally found one I liked, she was honest and i would think in a fair manner, allowed me to express my interest in renting the property and get myself considered as a tenant (some just ignore you if you have questions pertaining to the property let alone put you in the list for consideration by the landlord). I was also going away for a prolonged period before the move-in so keys had to be kept with them for a couple of weeks before I came back. Good thing that was acceptable! Otherwise i would have to look for another place elsewhere. All in all a pleasant experience with Kelly and rest of the team from the branch! Keep up the good work! If there was one thing to improve on, it would be tolerance for time taken to gather reference as sometimes it can be a challenge to sought the right person in a large organisation to be one's reference plus also not everyone's boss reside in the same country (there was a requirement for someone with a local number).... Recently moved into a flat managed by Andrew Reeves. I was assisted throughout the entire process by Maisie, Kelly and Kayleigh. The procedure was very simple and straightforward, and everything was explained to us clearly and concisely. Most paperwork was also done electronically which was very helpful. In fact, Kelly had phoned me to inform me of a property coming to market soon that matched my requirements before putting it on the market - and it was the one I liked and took in the end! However, most importantly, the staff members that helped me secure the property were very friendly and highly professional. The same cannot be said of some other estate agencies in the area, many of whom can be rude and condescending. Nothing of that sort here! Can highly recommend this particular branch of Andrew Reeves, top service! In Summary: The Good: 1. Professional, friendly and competent service. 2. Flexible viewings, they realize that some of us work(!) and not always free anytime! 3. Easy, painless paperwork procedure. Suggestions for improvement: 1. We have a dual energy electric meter in our flat - but not sure which reading is which as they weren't labelled, which made sending the first meter reading to the energy company a little tricky. Not a big deal, but would have been great to have these labelled in the future ahead of a new tenant move in! :)... Read more
