I have found a very nice flat trough RIB, and I am very delighted with the property, as well as the people who manages it. Laura was my agent and she was a great person to deal with. She would only contact me for properties that matched my requirements and was very patient trough out the whole process.
This company is pathetic and utterly ignorant to the needs to tenants. They service our block and only care for the needs of freeholders. We have been without a working lift for months. Emails are ignored, or replied with clearly false information in a passive aggressive tone. This is the type of company that gives the rented property industry its horrible reputation.
5 months later and the lift is still off, thanks to RIB not supporting tenants.
The agent in charge, a Mr Barnett, has been lying over emails claiming the lift is to be repaired, when in fact an errant part freeholder has decided to turn off the lift for the block.
RIB really don’t care about those living under their management, unless they pay the bills of course.
11 months down, still the lift is off.
Mr Barnett has now left the company, only to be replaced by someone who also chooses not answer emails. It must be a very sad existence working in property management.
Carlos, Rebecca and the team offered a good all round service and were always on hand on assist with anything we needed.

1. When moving in they forgot to do inventory check 2. They came in after moving in to do an inventory check and left a massive stain on the carpet. 3. They never cleaned the place and asked the landlord to still pay the fees for cleaning. Never disclosed that the neighbours were noisy in downstairs restaurant. They finish business at 11:30 but remained in the premises until 4:30 am play cards and drinking alcohol. This said restaurant owner physically assaulted me and when I approached the letting agents to end the contract citing safety concerns, showed no empathy towards me and insisted that it was a personal matter and tehy were not responsible for it. I've had an absolutely horrible time dealing with them and would never ever deal with them again!
Fantastic company, I have used Knight Frank to sell my properties in Bath and Edinburgh, they were brilliant but Mayfair have been the best. Very efficient, Jonny and Chelsea kept me updated the whole way through, couldn’t recommend enough.
Useless branch for maintenance after you rent an apartment. Avoid. Every broker has access to the same properties. Now they are holding back my entire deposit over £25,000 since end November, despite we only have an issue over £2,000 ????

71 days is how long it took Knight Frank to arrange a plumber to repair my shower cabin, making it possible to feel like a human being. I hope all you other KF tenants out there are experiencing better response to your flat issues, than I do. Never again.

Ah, what a shame I'm having to edit my previous review, considering they sent me a Amazon gift voucher when I gave 5 stars 15 months ago. Yes, Portico were so wonderfully responsive, helpful and efficient in our relationship right up until the point where we signed the contract and moved in. Minor house issues took weeks and months to resolve and we must have dealt with a dozen different faceless employees. It is now over 3 months since our contract ended and we have not had our deposit returned, with no response to communications to the office on the matter.
If it were possible to give 0 stars I would.
