They took nearly three months to find a tenant and when they did it turned into an absolute disaster.
Within a month my neighbours told me that they believed my apartment was being sub let as there were constantly people coming in and out of my property and my kitchen door had been unscrewed and left in the communal hall way. I notified the Hamptons and they then told me that they had the tenants word that he was not subletting. I asked them to go round and check up as the tenant's behaviour was really suspicious as he was really hard to get hold of. They never did.
Finally, a month later I was notified by the property manager from the flat below that my flat was indeed being sub-let on Air BnB and that one of the bathrooms was flooding their property. I also found my own flat being sub let on the Air BnB website for up to 14 people a night when it is a three bedroom flat. It was being used for hen dos and stag dos and for all night parties. One review said that it was in a terrible condition from the last client. The tenant that the Hamptons had found for me had also re done my whole flat and taken out lots of the antique furniture I have there - it looked like a brothel with silk sheets and pillows. The Hamptons had not even bothered to look on the Air BnB website to check on my property despite their hefty management fees.
I had to pay a lawyer to help me evict the tenant and to get my deposit back . The whole experience was really traumatic as it is a much loved family property. The agents at the Hamptons never once apologised and acted very evasively. I was in shock. As you can imagine I do not recommend them at all.
I had a great experience with Hudsons. Solly Clark was my agent and he was an incredible help from the start of the process all the way through to completion. Very attentive and always quick to help with sorting out any problems. I would highly recommend them!
The company is really kind and helpful when I moved in. But totally changed every moving out process. Really unhelpful and irresposible. The company pushed me to rate them in Google map just after making contract but I didn’t. I am glad sharing the real experience that I had.

11.8.2018 - Today I have updated my review from 0 to 1 star. This because Knight Frank, after 71 days, finally managed to send a plumber to repair my shower cabin, making it possible to feel like a human being. I hope all you other KF tenants out there are experiencing better response to your flat issues, than I do :)
Good experience so far. My viewing and negotiations were handled very professionally by Tasif. He's always been pleasant, quick and efficient with every request.
Dealing with estate agents is already a pain but these guys take it to a whole new level. AVOID!!! Agent Shahid scheduled a viewing with me and when I called him later that day because he hadn’t sent me any confirmation he claimed he doesn’t remember me nor my booking and when I tried to remind him of our conversation he got very rude “do you want to see the flat or not?” He then made another appointment which he cancelled because the flat went off the market. Really horrible people don’t work with them.

Terrible. Huge turnover of staff, still waiting for deposit - emails do not get answered, phone calls not returned. On occasion that the boiler leaked they dealt with the matter terribly. I'd would hate to own a property and have it managed through this lot. Funnily enough, all incredibly helpful whilst trying to get you into a property though. Avoid if you possibly can
