We recently approached Whitegates to rent one of their properties and we were very impressed with their service. First up we spoke to Abby who arranged our viewing and then helped us all the way through to finalising the agreements. We found Abby to be very professional and her friendly approach made the whole journey a pleasant one for me and my partner. Abby was clearly very knowledgeable and kept us up to date with our application throughout. She's stayed in touch and made follow up checks for us which is very nice. She is a clear asset to Whitegates. We also spoke to Sam who was just as helpful and welcoming, id be happy to use these guys again and again.
As a company I've had nothing but positive experiences and every time we contact them they are quick to respond and accommodate whatever requests we have. We look forward to continuing to use Whitegates and would recommend to anyone!

Outstanding service and professionalism. It's all about the price right? well no it's about the service. My house was marketed for just 3 days at Whitegates before I had an offer, not just that, it was at the full asking price, which was also at the top end of my expectations. They made me feel like they where only selling my house. Called me regularly with updates and followed through even after the sale was agreed. Proper service throughout, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely first class letting agents! Myself and my partner worked overseas for the UK Government. Trying to move back to the UK was a nightmare - the worst part was trying to rent a property when not in the UK to view and no recent UK credit history. No letting agents could get to grips with our circumstances and most were quite unhelpful. Not Whitegates! They were amazing and sorted everything out for us. They thought outside the box and came up with solutions for us. Very professional, very helpful, very polite - they went that extra mile for us and secured us a lovely 3 bedroom property to rent that allowed dogs whilst we were still overseas. I cannot speak highly enough of them and would recommend anybody looking to rent or let out a property to use Whitegates. I myself own properties and let them out and when I buy a property in Merseyside I will definitely be using Whitegates if I decide to let it out.

Recently purchased a beautiful bungalow in Parkgate and dealing with Andrews Estates was a pure joy from start to finish, from the first phone call and viewing on the same day my wife and I instantly fell in love with the property it had everything we could wish for, and more.
The young lady who showed us around the property had extensive knowledge of the bungalow and the area even advising us of the local schools, her name was Kirsty and a consummate professional from start to finish
The other ladies we’d dealt with in the office and on the phone again were superb Eleanor and Dorothy if memory serves
I would highly recommend this company to deal with all aspects of buying or selling local property
When our children are old enough I hope they decide to settle here in Parkgate and buy a home not a property but a home from Andrews 10/10 excellent experience

Would be zero stars. THEY ARE AWFUL. Avoid at all costs. No wonder their number of branches is shrinking rapidly. Hopefully they will be out of business soon. Sorry to the staff who work there, but you must surely know how incompetent this company is, you deserve better employment.
