I have had rental properties managed by Andrew Scott Robertson for 19 years. Their services have always been professional, efficient and attentive to my needs. Their staff have consistently been proactive, courteous and on several occasions willing to complete tasks not strictly in their remit. They also have in my experience a lower staff turnover rate than other agents in the same local area, as I have benefitted from dealing with the same knowledgeable property managers for extended periods.
