We spent about a year with various other 'big name' estate agents in Warrington and struggled for a year trying to sell our property. The quality of the viewings was poor and the feedback from the estate agents was non existent. To try and get our property sold we spoke to a number of other estate agents and as soon as we met Andy we knew he would sell our property. His knowledge of the local area and our estate was second to none and he was very down to earth and approachable. We quickly started getting good quality viewings with Andy - people actually ready to move and buy our property. Every viewing had good thorough feedback in a timely manner. Andrew and his team found a buyer within a day of my house going on the market and were fantastic whilst selling my property.
As this was the first time I had gone through the process I needed guidance on multiple occasions and Andrew would always make time to point me in the right direction, be it on the phone or at the office, brilliant customer service. Andrew is a really nice guy. Very genuine and friendly. I have supported Andrew for little bit and bobs regarding computer problems.

As seen in the picture is myself, Sam & my daughter Ruby. We did bring ice lollys but Andrew was busy seeing a customer.

The new location down the road is much more visable to the public and I'm sure many new customers will arrive.

Andrew and the Team were super helpful when we came to buy our first house. Working in an estate agents, I know how long the process can take.
