Very professional managed to secure my tenants with in a week. Although I was not very happy when I found out they charged me to hold my own rent deposit (greedy )

Our search was happily a very short one with Marcus - he went out of his way to show us the perfect property that had not yet even gone on to the market. The location, size and price were all spot on.
We decided immediately to make an offer, and from that point through to moving in, Marcus made the whole process simple and stress-free, making sure our requests to the landlord were all fulfilled.
When we arrived at the property on move-in day, we even had the great surprise that the landlord had fitted new carpets throughout the property, which was beyond what we had even requested.
We would not hesitate to recommend Marcus and Andrews to anyone.

Emmanuel only showed us one property, and only needed to. It was the perfect fit for what we were looking for, completely refurbished and a great location. He came with us to view it more than once out of Andrews' office hours, and even took us again once we'd signed for it to measure up for furniture one evening.
He communicated with the landlord to get the furniture we needed, and repeatedly checked in with us once we had signed & after we had moved in to make sure we were happy. Definitely recommend.

Throughout this letting process, Emmanuel has been amazing. He made sure that I understood everything thoroughly from the start at the registering process. In my search, I have found that the other agents avoided showing me properties because of my lack of the English language. In this case, Emmanuel was more than willing to meet with me and my interpreter to make the whole process easy. I didn’t feel rushed at any point, nor did I feel at a disadvantage. Even after I had moved in, Emmanuel was still willing to help me to set up the bills in my name etc. I will definitely be coming back to Emmanuel at the end of this tenancy to help me to find another property. I greatly appreciate the service I received.
Their communication has been generally very good as a management company. As a letting agent, it left much to be desired; I had to chase them up for information on multiple occasions. However, they usually acknowledged that this wasn't acceptable and sorted things out.
Any complaints I've had have always been handled immediately. For example, I had a leak in the bathroom, for which they sent a plumber to fix and also arranged to have the (mildly) damaged floor replaced. They then checked that the work they'd done was satisfactory and that the problem didn't recur over the next few months. They also pro-actively schedule maintenance after the 6-monthly inspections, even down to replacing a loose door handle.
Don't use Andrews if you can avoid it. My Experience is that they are disorganised, unhelpful and it can take months to sort out something which could be done in days. I found this both when entering and leaving my tenancy.
As a new landlord and new to the Bristol area, I found the Lettings Team very helpful in offering guidance, advice and putting me in touch with contractors in the area to help get the property ready to Let. To my surprise, they managed to let my property within 48 hours of owning it which was fantastic as I was expecting it to be empty for a few weeks. They were very clear about requests from the tenant before they moved in and gave me enough time to sort them out. Many thanks
