Lovely to deal with when trying to make a sale, nightmare to deal with when trying to get any money or information back from them. Make sure you write down everything you give them and what it is for so they can't claim they have no records of it when you want it back.

Other Andrews branches are brilliant but this one really lets the side down.

Not all, but a few members of staff are extremely rude and arrogant. I would never buy a property though this branch or attempt it.

Avoid at all costs.

4 stars because there's always room for improvement, but I have been very satisfied so far with our dealings with Andrews in Yate.

The 3 other reviews seem to be rather unfair. We are buying a property through Andrews and they have been nothing but helpful so far.
Nick, the mortgage advisor affiliated with Andrews, has been very friendly, approachable and willing to answer any silly questions we have had as first time buyers.
Lisa, with whom we have had most dealings is also very friendly, quick to respond to any queries we have and also very helpful in chasing up any information which she does not know off-hand. Only good things to say so far - which is more than we can say for Let's Move in Emersons Green.
