I was buying a property through Andrews and my case was dealt with by Jade. She is a young professional who is extremely down to earth and gave us excellent customer service and care. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and was extremely supportive with the whole process as we were first time buyers. I think you need I employ more young professionals like her who also have a friendly vibe. Jade was excellent I highly recommend her she’s an asset to the Norbury branch and I believe they are lucky to have her.

An agreement was signed by both parties on a prospective sale agreeing to commission of 1.25%. The property was sold and Andrews sent an invoice charging commission at 1.5%.
When I refused to pay the sales manager Luke Levy literally tried to kick my door in. My teenage daughter was inside and terrified.
Levy shouted and threatened violence, then spent the next hour loitering on my doorstep, smoking cigarettes and screaming abuse through the letterbox. He only stopped when a neighbour confronted him and threatened to call the police.
In spite of further threats and using heavy-handed debt collectors I refused to pay a penny more than 1.25 %.
Levy eventually and ungracefully accepted. This firm and Mr Levy are dishonest, arrogant, and inefficient
