Efficient and helpful. We were with multiagency (2 estate agents) and only with Andrew's less than a week before we accepted an offer from a buyer introduced by our original estate agent. However I would recommend Andrew's for their professionalism and local knowledge.

I am sure that the stress levels at Andrews have been particularly marked during the stamp duty " holiday."
However, dealing with Charles Macmillan and Dan Price has been a pleasure. Both have exhibited the highest levels of professionalism and consideration throughout what has been a difficult purchase ; I am grateful to them both for their kindness and consideration.

The team at Leckhampton and Charlton Kings branches of Andrews are excellent. They match clients to properties perfectly and the whole process from start to finish could not have been easier. Why people use online agents is beyond me when the local knowledge and ease through the conveyancing process is second to none. I have bought several houses over the years from Andrews and have never found any cause for complaint. They are honest and obliging and understand the local market.
