I was looking to buy a house with Barnard Marcus Streatham , and I must say Gabriel was very helpful and efficient (and funny). He was really knowledgeable and made the stress of it much easier. I would definitely use them again.
Organised to see five properties through Michael in sales, only to be left a mysterious voicemail saying that they had all become unavailable. Not only was this voicemail left two hours before the viewings were supposed to happen, it was the only attempt made to contact me. Unprofessional at best. Lost himself and his company a fee and lived up to the unfortunate stereotype that estate agents already have. Other bloke on the phone in lettings seemed like a good guy.
Have had lots of experience with all the Lauristons branches in both sales and lettings due to working with a property buying and investment company myself. With what my company do as a business, we need an Estate Agent we can trust and Lauristons are it. Always great results, outstanding service, and helpful aftercare where needed. Would and often do recommend their services to contacts in my industry, and my family and friends!
Worst agents in Wimbledon. Rude on telephone. Ignore emails. Extremely disorganised. Terrible management team. Completely ruined our move in day by giving us the wrong set of keys and then had the cheek to ask us to go back to the office to return them.
Agents constantly getting names wrong. All for the lovely £450 admin fee. Rip off!
Very happy with KFH Tooting - completion of the transaction due this Friday! I found them professional, friendly, and courteous.
KFH were representing the owner of the house I was buying. I didn't use them for my sale due to another agent being dominant in my area, but would definitely use them in the future.
Before I found the house, I was shown (for 2 hours on a Saturday) a number of properties that were all in the right ballpark, showing they listened to what I was after.
They told me about a new property that was about to come on the market, and got me in for a viewing immediately.
Antony handled the negotiations and he was reasonable and fair, certainly not pushy. I think overall both sides are happy with the outcome.
As usual, things got a bit wild as the chain was nearing exchange of contracts, but Antony had the right balance of frequent communication without being too overbearing. Looking forward to moving in on Friday, and dropping in to the office to say thanks to Antony for ensuring things progressed through to completion!
It's been two months since we've moved out and we still didn't get the deposit back!!! Blood-sucking leaches!! Think 3 times before renting from them
Excellent service, the most helpful estate agency i have come across, Sarah is amazing. i highly recommend this agency. thumps up.
i am really unsatified and angry . We spend 4 days at Year s end 2018. The flat was almost OK for the family but i never get the warranty deposit back 250 pounds ( after more than 1,5 months and we didnt make any damage) How is it possible ? Sarah says several times money came. Back but is is not true. Other people from finance or administration never answer... I would advise other people not to go there... It seems it is a scam.
What a fantastic team at Laurels. Lucy was brilliant from beginning to end and the whole team went beyond the call of duty to move boxes from room to room to optimise the look of my home for photos to be taken. Very positive, professional and honest firm. To top it up they have a ‘CAN DO ‘ attitude which inspires confidence. I came across a number of estate agents during my journey to sell my house and Laurels is by far the best, they sold at my asking price where others wanted me to reduce it. They are good listeners and nothing was a problem, they simply made it happen. Thank you Lucy for all your hard work and support. I would not hesitate to recommend Laurels to anyone, in fact I have already done so to some neighbours. Wish you all the best and keep up the good work.
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
I am really pleased with the service today. Upon visitation, I was really impressed by the overall aesthetic and ambience. The team here is really lovely - Sam was great too, but Riff was the person dealing with us. Smooth service. Thoroughly pleased!
Disgustingly dishonest and unprofessional.
Gave a room away I had placed an offer on to someone else and offered no explanation. Could not communicate clearly. Didn't seem to be aware of their own proceedings.
Did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls. Was hung up on by multiple staff members. No 'promise' to call back was followed through.
Approach at your own risk of losing time and dealing with unprofessionals.
