Andrews have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Again I'm sat here waiting for the viewing to take place and there's no show. I then phone to check it's going ahead to be told some line which is clearly a lie about the viewers cancelling!
I would suggest using any other Estate Agents to sell/buy or rent a property from. Unbelievably unprofessional

Would give no stars if we could!! Terrible communication, withholding deposit without explanation. Beware!! What a terrible letting agency. Maybe we were unlucky with the landlady from hell but the agents should act on their behalf fairly... this was not the case with Andrews. Avneet was so incapable as an agent, especially at the end of the tenancy! Avoid at all costs.
