This review is purely about the customer service issues. I have never agreed to get a property from them so I don't know about after sales/letting service. I called the branch for a query on one of the properties I saw advertised. My call was answered by a lady called Bobby, who clearly didn't know how to answer the call, as soon as she answered it made me feel I was being rushed rather than welcomed. I said I am calling to enquire about a property, she instantly interrupted me and said unfortunately no one is in the office to help and that I will have to call back. Did not take my details as I could be the customer who is genuinely interested and would have given some decent business to them. That's when I decided all the previous reviews make sense and didn't bother calling them back, although I was genuinely interested in the property, however it was equally important for me to get an acceptable level of service. So in my opinion avoid them if you can, there is lot of competition in the market and companies needs to do their best retain existing customers let alone letting go the fresh ones calling to enquire with genuine interest.

Great customer service. Really friendly and welcoming Lettings team and was able to find me a property very quickly and promptly. They did not have exactly what i was looking for however provided me with a property which is alot better than I expected and something very similar to my search criteria. The manager boby was amazing and always stayed in contact which helped alot as i was always kept in the loop with any changes or updates. Would recommend to my friends and family and anyone looking for a property.

Horrible customer service, negative attitude towards potential tenants. Don’t deal with them as mentioned in previous reviews they don’t respect tenants, my brother lived in a property managed by this branch and my brother said exactly same thing what is mentioned in all the previous reviews. They have attitude as if they are doing a favour for tenants and that tenant is living for free. These companies or staff working here fail to realise they get paid because tenants/potential buyers gives business. I wouldn’t give them any of my business and I would spread the word in my circle that nobody should deal with Andrews Estate Agents, everyone reading these reviews should do the same. Also if this company actually cares about customers and reads these reviews and take them seriously as feedback then they should fire the senior manager who is making lives of customers miserable.
