AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This ‘agency’ is totally incompetent in dealing with their repairs and maintenance. They do not vet their landlords and ignore reports of repairs. We have been trying to contact them over and over regarding a broken fence that is causing damage to our property; almost a year on, and it has still not been resolved. Their landlord is a sham and clearly have not been vetted, and their staff are totally ignorant, incompetent and useless. They get their tenants in, and then ignore the maintenance of their properties. They have no respect for the neighbours or boundaries, so be warned that you will end up with a sham landlord, an agency that doesn’t care and a property that is falling apart, which you will then have to repair yourself. We will not hesitate to warn potential tenants when they come for future viewings; the amount their tenants are paying, it’s disgusting to see how they have left their property to rot.

Curtis is very professional at his job, any problems that occur he sorts it straight away, I’ve only lived in my place a few weeks and it’s been wonderful any help or advice I need is just a phone call away thank you.

Really happy with the service we have received over the past few months. Suraj has been extremely helpful, honest and attentive at every stage of the process and put in a lot of time and effort to resolve issues with the seller and their solicitor - so that our time wasn’t wasted. Would definitely work with Angels again. Highly recommended.
