My husband and I were cash buyers looking for a property in the Cromer area. I can honestly say that Abbott’s Cromer were the most helpful estate agent as they kept in contact with us on a regular basis - alerting us to properties that we might be interested in and helping us to decide exactly what we wanted. Certainly from our experience I can tell you that not all estate agents are the same.
