I have never been more disgruntled in having to pay money for a service of such quality. We were applying for renting a property and agreed for a moving date. All was going good until we were informed the day before we wouldn't be able to move as the agency realized that the Landlord had not signed the contract (though he agreed to everything else). We were met with indifference and "there is nothing we can do" and ended up having to find a place to stay for extra days, with all our things packed until someone could get a hold of the Landlord which was travelling. Other than the agent that showed us the house, all other staff we dealt with did not seem to care or much willing to do anything out of their way to try to correct a problem they caused. Much later in a conversation with the landlord, he also admitted "they are not great"

Would not recommend.Its an extremely difficult state agency. After a whole month they still did not give us a property and they asked for a lot of documents . We rented a new property very easily with another state agency.

Efficient and attentive, yet avoiding obsequiousness, Geoff Solly has demolished every pre-conceived stereotypical and negative image of an Estate Agent. Always prompt to answer any query, quick to help resolve any issues and ready to listen to the ranting as the pressure rose and fell throughout the process, Geoff Solly and his team provided practical and professional advice and support in perfectly measured doses and were tirelessly optimistic and good humoured.
If you are looking to complete the process of buying or selling a property with as little stress as possible, I have no hesitation in recommending A & R, Barnet.
