Will take an age to action defects, communication is shocking to the point of non existence and will very rarely ask when a time works to visit, instead just turning up.

They have no maps of the buildings locations on site. So u end up walking for hours trying to find which building you need to go to.

Lovely marketing suite with a beautiful show apartment and a huge model of the development with on screen imaging of the views from respective images. Deptford is becoming a very trendy and cool place to live with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Very good location.

A relatively newish bit of construction, but logistics are quite well organised, when delivering, Marshalls guide as they are supposed to, all correctly marked areas, helpful staff, to control loads of different contractors, to various parts of the site, - but cheers to the guys for all their efforts.

What a great location you can't get better, a high immigrant area. So safe the police are very thin on the ground so again, very safe. Fortget private schooling the Fantastic local ethnic, Deptford Green School, with a reputation that's second to none, is right on your doorstep. Superb Local markets with all the colour and tat you could wish for. Folkestone Gardens skatboard park is a stones throw away, so a great opertunity for you and your children, to mix with the locals.This area is the new Hoxton so get in quick befor it's to late.
