I was pretty delighted with Foxtons’ services and how quickly they managed to find me a place to move. Many thanks specifically to Yunus, he was especially attentive, professional and quick to reply to all my queries. He took me to viewings and I walked out with my flat secured by the end of the same day. Sadly my let isn’t managed by Foxtons and I need to deal with the landlord agency directly that isn’t as quick and professional, but I am nevertheless glad and thankful to have used Foxtons to help me with finding the place. I have had experience of Foxtons on both the sales and lettings side. I recently used them to sell a property in Belsize Park, London NW3. The service provided by Ben and his team was absolutely amazing. He was supportive of the process throughout, was considerate of my wishes and preferences, extremely hard working and just a really nice guy. I experienced the same quality of service from the rest of the team. I don't normally leave reviews but am very grateful for the service I received and in a crowded market, would certainly recommend them and look to use Foxtons again.... Read more

Arabella from Foxtons' Hampstead office is absolutely brilliant! She is wise beyond her years and gives fantastic advice and goes out of her way to be helpful. When she takes me to view properties they ALWAYS match my specifications (very unusual!) and when my phone wasn't working she even booked me an Uber so I could get to where I needed to go. Sophie has been such a pleasure to work with in regards to my property search and I can't recommend her enough! I've had a really difficult time with trying to find the right property but Sophie was always so attentive to what we want, taking into account every little thing we said/want in a property - and everything she's suggested was carefully thought about with our needs in mind. From my experience with other agents, this isn't always the case unfortunately, so it's such a breath of fresh air to work with someone like this. She has set such a high standard for me now in terms of how an agent should work and she is honestly such an asset to the Foxton's team! Sophie is not only super friendly, welcoming and professional, but she's always so helpful every step of the way. I feel so comfortable to ask her regarding any issues along the process, and even if she doesn't know an answer herself she'll always help me to find a solution ASAP! Moving house is such a stressful process, but with the right agent it helps massively. I would have had multiple breakdowns now if it wasn't for Sophie there to save the day! They list properties that they're doing deals for separately, had two different deals fall through despite being in constant contact with some of their agents. The staff do not communicate to each other so even if you think you've got a property, another agent may have sold it to try get commission. They work with the landlords not the renters, use different estate agent, Foxtons will only cause you pain.... Read more
