Really bad experience. We enquired about purchasing the venue for a project, and we were told to get full details for costs of the property. We enquired about the cost of bills on the phone, and the agent we spoke to called Margret told us f*** off and hung the phone up multiple times because apparently she could hear background noise and thought we were joking around however we were in a busy place. We do not appreciate this vile response as it is a serious project and were keen on this property however we have now decided to invest our money elsewhere.
I purchased my first home with Peter Heron Fawcett Street. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Super friendly staff, who honestly could not do enough for you. The mortgage referral worked out saving me money too. I just can't rate them high enough.
We booked Peter Heron to come out and do a valuation on our home. On the day they were supposed to come out they called to check they didn’t have our estimate written down wrong as we’d be lucky to get £115000 for our house. The guy on the phone seemed like he didn’t want to come out to value our home and basically cancelled the appointment at short notice using this as an excuse despite us explaining the increase in price from what we paid being due to a lot of work being done to the property. He claimed he’d be the first to apologise if we got more than £115 000 for our home despite not seeing it.
We just completed our sale for £135 000.
So use them if you aren’t bothered about an extra £20 000 I guess. We certainly never will and nor will our families who also own numerous rental properties in addition to their own homes. A very short cited business view for the sake of a valuation wasn’t it? We’re waiting on that apology.
Lovely staff that went above and beyond when I lost my flat keys on a weekend. Very efficient at dealing with any maintenance issues too. My boiler broke and it was fixed the same day by their plumber. It was great that I got all my deposit back too. Fantastic customer service, 10/10 would recommend.
Stronly advise avoiding this company, after years of complaints regarding the property I rented Daniel Craig served only to offend me, no repairs were ever carried out despite "promises" being made.
A chunk of my life has been ruined by these people who do not care in the slightest about tenants and have no problem at all lying to them. The file containing my complaints and photographs taken by them was...lost which is fairly impressive in an office the size of a shoe box.
Rude, arrogant and all around a general disgrace use at your own risk.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. From the initial meeting with Chris ,advise was candid and frank with a realistic discussion with regard to valuation. Facilitated accompanied viewings which greatly helped with our circumstances and constantly updated on feedback following viewings. Found Joanne extremely professional with regular updates , good ancillary advice and even pushed maters on with regard to legal/conveyance. Many thanks again.
Told us that a landlord had agreed to let us rent a house and made an appointment with us to go sign the papers. Five minutes before the appointment, after travelling 14 miles on public transport, with mobility problems, to get to the appointment, we received a phone call from Hunters saying they had taken an offer to buy the house from someone else and the landlord had accepted it.
