We bought through Anthony Martins Bexleyheath Branch and I can honestly say the service was Top notch.
Sharon Newnham was dealing with the sale and was always working hard and chasing things to move the process along. I Remember the first day I called their office to enquire about this property, Sharon was very polite and friendly even though my foreign accent was noticeable. Tammy Winters the sales Progressor and George was very helpful too throughout the process. I would definitely consider using them to buy and sell in the future. A big thank you to Anthony Martins on the Sale of my House. Previous to them stepping in, house had been on the market for two years with two agents and no Sale. To the Glory of God it took Anthony Martin 6 months to expedite the sale. I will recommend them any day. From Kevin to all the the other supporting staff and then Sharon. Anthony Martin (AM) by far the Best property agents I have dealt with. The team of Cameron and George were fantastic. Albeit the sale took a while, which was more to do with the market factors than any shortcoming on AM, they were a breath of Fresh air in comparison to some of the nasty folk masquerading around as property agents. They were friendly, human and trustworthy. Where I think AM stands head and shoulders above the other lot is that they have Human Values and they deliver a Human based service and they respect their clientele . You cannot place a price on that. I would unreservedly recommend AM to any prospective buyer or seller as you can rest assured that you will receive honesty, a high level of professionalism but above all you get to meet and interact with some genuinely decent people. Well done AM and thank you.

Wow! What can I say. Such a great team at Anthony Martin Barnehurst!!!
Would like to say a big thank you to Kevin, Sharon, Tammy, Cameron and George (plus anyone else I missed) for such a great level of service.

From the initial meeting with Kevin, it was clear that the team are streets ahead (excuse the pun) of the other Estate Agents:

- Customer Service: (10/5) If I could give 10 Stars, I would. They are incredibly friendly and polite, and you really feel special and valued as one of their many customers.

- Performance: (5/5) Outstanding... Anthony Martin sold our property within 2 days of it going online, and for well over the asking price.

- Communication: (5/5) Simply excellent... From the sale of your property to the purchase of another, the team work together tirelessly to ensure you are always kept up-to-date with the latest news and progress.

- Quality of service: (5/5) Perfect... After agreeing to put our home up for sale, the quality of the material Anthony Martin produced was up there with the best. The property brochure looked very professional and smart, compared to the work we had seen from other Estate Agents. The online advertisement was spot-on, all descriptions were accurate and the photos were awesome.

To summarise, on the whole, Kevin and the team made the whole process of moving so easy and simple. I really can't recommend and endorse the team enough, and we are certainly looking forward to using them again in the future. Thank you so much for making our future home a reality!
