We received absolutely disgusting service from this Estate Agents on the day we bought our house. We were lied to about the time the keys we're being dropped off and was told the gentleman who had our keys wasn't in the office even though we could hear other members of staff shouting across the office to him. No apology when he finally turned up an hour and a half after our purchase had been confirmed .Stay well clear of these unprofessional people.

I first came in contact the Bexley branch after my home had been on sale for over 6 month and only 3 viewings, with another competitive estate agent. The first person I met was Lynn Vidler a very friendly and bubbly lady who went through the whole sale process with me. I later met Lesley Denham who did most of the viewings. She too was friendly, patient and really understood my 'situation'. I couldn't believe the flood of viewers booking to view my home. Anyway, my home was sold within a really short period to meet up a certain 'dead line'. BEST OF ALL GIVEN MY RATHER PECULIAR CIRCUMSTANC, MY FEE WAS DISCOUNTED. They even recommended the solicitor I used. Thanks guys.

So far I've been waiting 21days for my deposit to be returned and keep getting fobbed off by the property maintenance department saying landlords verbally agreed but needs to put it in writing, no further correspondence from them that was a week ago , I'm still no clearer as to when I'm getting this back, I had the house I left completely redecorated before giving back the keys ..quick enough to take the deposit, renters beware!!!!!!
