Belvoir - St.Helens

21a Hardshaw Street

Having being let down with previous letting agents in the past we moved to Belvoir. We have delt with Vivienne and the team from Belvoir lettings St Helens for a number of years and found them very professional and efficient. If there are any problems they are delt with quickly. All the tenants we have are happy to deal with Belvoir direct with no complaint's. I would recommend this company.

The worst letting agency I've ever had the displeasure to do the most regretted business with in my whole life to this day. It is only a franchise and a intentionally corrupt one at that. They want your money asap and that's there part in your life over with. They will never ever help you nor even fulfil their legal obligations. They will bare face lie to you and promise you anything for you to sign. You will be expected to pay Hundreds of pounds just to view a property alongside other would be tenants as a group against all rules and guidelines. Belvoir in St. Helens has to be the worst for being lying slumlords. When you finally realize what disreputable people they really are and you decide to move they will without delay charge you Hundreds more pounds to throw away rubbish not present which then let's them keep your Bond money also. Avoid these lowlife thieving liars at all costs and choose any other letting agency, any as they can't be as terrible as these swindling money grabbing self serving slum letting agents.

Leaders - Warrington Sales

80 Sankey Street

Leaders Warrington manage several buy-to-let investment properties for me in the North Warrington area. Amy is my principal point of contact. I find Amy and the team there to be very efficient and helpful, and knowledgeable about the properties and the letting market. My investments run smoothly and produce a sound return.

Have called them to arrange property viewings for the next few days, but they told me they will call me back. But that never happened. Feel so bad by been ignored by them. At least the other letting agencies in that area have better attitube to costumers.

222 Estates Ltd - Warrington

222 Orford Lane, Warrington

We moved down from Blackburn 8 months ago and use 222 first of all to rent then to buy our own property. I've found all members of their staff to be polite, professional and helpful whilst running a busy establishment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this estate agents to all and sundry.

Sold my house these and to be honest they were poor from the start. They missed the first appointment. Late with photos and putting my house live. Never called back when left a message. My buyer told me that the person doing the viewing didn't have a clue about my house or the surrounding area. And they agreed that they were very bad. Once my house sold I didn't hear anything at all from Liam or 222. Would not recommend at all. And just to point out... Some of the reviews written here are by 222 staff.

Ernest Wilson

The Business Centre, Deanhurst Park, Gelderd Road, Gildersome, Leeds

Absolutely brilliant service and guidance received. Jonathan managed expectations superbly and negotiated for myself and with another party. Resulting in me being able to follow my dreams and aspirations in running my own Funeral Business. With Jonathan's careful assistance we have cemented a firm foundation for a solid and sound relationship between all concerned. Well done to Ernest Wilson, their capable staff and especially Jonathan. Thank you..

I would not recommend dealing with this company. Sales people do a good job making out that there will be lots of buyers at the realistic price they had set and their dedicated sales person would keep us up to date. Never heard from anyone in the 6 months that my business was for sale with them, until it was time to pay the £600 bill. DON'T USE........ Their reply to this post says it all. They don't know who Hop Skip & Jump are and can we identify ourselves what a joke. We are Hop Skip & Jump paid you lots of money to do nothing.

Hilton Smythe Commercial

20 Wood Street, Bolton

As a purchaser , I was guided through the process of business acquisition and given some really useful advice. The agents were responsive to requests and kept us up to date and informed.

Was just told on the phone, that they were out of my league! Then he hung up, all because I questioned the 5% selling fee. However, after the company reading the review, they called me up and apologised. Well done! Apology accepted!
