Vishal Patel has been an absolute god send, he made the whole process so easy from start to finish and is still checking in with myself even after moving in to make sure I'm settled in my new flat. I can't thank him enough for making this process so stress-free and very quick. Mr. Vishal was extremely helpful and professional. As a first time renter in the UK, I had many questions and he answered all of them patiently. Bought a house from Winkworth in April and it was a tiresome experience. The estate agent on the days I viewed was barely interested and you could tell didn't want to be there (luckily the property sold itself). Once my offer was accepted the updates from Winkworth were reactive, and few and far between. I had to chase to find out what was happening from the sellers side and when I was told they would get back to me, it was typically never done or came days later than they said they would. My emails went days and weeks without a response. A simple holding email would have sufficed. Following the sale I've chased countless times for a missing gate key but up until now I have not received a response (two months later). The "For Sale" sign at the front of the house was changed to "under offer" during the process and then changed to "sold" after I completed. Surely it should have been collected at that time!?! No one has been in contact about the sign regarding collection and as I mentioned earlier, I'm still waiting for a response to my email regarding the gate key. Estate agents typically have a bad reputation and maybe unfair at times but this organisation did nothing to change that narrative.... Read more
