Disturbing! Illegal business with sublet apartments, old, dirty and nothing like in the pictures you are seeing online. This is an absolute SCAM, please take your business somewhere else and you won’t regret. You will be ignored, abused and scammed on your own money, this is a phantom company. All the positive reviews are coming from friends and employees, for example Maxim Rusu works for the company as Maintanance Responsible. The Director of this business is Eva Romina, entire business is driven by Romanian people which are wanted for FRAUD.... Read more

Firstly, I arrived and discovered it was in basement. In any place of the description they indicate "basement". It indicated "oven" when there isn't any. The blankets didn't seem clean and I found an earring in them. The couch is not clean, is filthy. There is only one spoon and one knife to eat. There is a water leak in the second floor which is really annoying specially at night, it woke me up at 3 am several nights. Neighbours aren't the best, there is a communal patio and they throw they cigarettes and stuff so its dirty. One Tuesday night they throw a party until 2 am, we had to call the landlord twice before he actually asked them to stop. One of the worst parts is that wifi doesn't work AT ALL. We had to spend some days working at a coffee shop nearby because of this issue. When I finally contacted them, they replied "it is not my fault", LITERALLY. Come on, so now I have to complaint with the broadband provider? Please. I have spent one morning trying to call them and sending them emails which they did not reply not even ONE of them. So if you have any issue, good luck on contact them. The money is not worth it, go to another place.... Read more

The value was great, however, upon booking, they charged me twice - the price and the deposit. They promised to return the deposit within a week, then after 2 weeks they said there was an issue with my bank, so they asked for different details. After another 2 weeks the money weren't back and I contacted them twice, without any response not on the phone nor via email. This company will try to rip you off like this, I bet. Gonna go there in person to demand my money back.... Read more

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT, my sister stayed with her husband and her baby from the onset everything was all wrong the representative on the phone was clueless, THEY HAVE TAKEN MY DEPOSIT OF £300 and have not yet given this back to me it has been over 2 weeks now. We could not or shower after the trip ... We were in the dark ... It had no heating ... Just a stove in the room and nothing else in the rest of the house. The WC door. it didn't close and from the hallway you could see what you were doing in the toilet. VERY BAD EVERYTHING. I had no table or chairs and every day we had to eat outside. We went to file a complaint the first day ... And they gave us a smile and told us that they would set us free ... But we have already returned from the trip and they have not returned the money. We were fatal ... And the fatal treatment. They do not respond to emails. WE HAVE BEEN SCAMPED AND THE VERY BAD TREATMENT. I RECOMMEND YOU TO BOOK ANOTHER PLACE. After reading all the negative reviews, I was nervous about staying with Apartments of London. I had booked for one night and was staying in the building that Apartments of London is based in. I paid £44 for 1 night for a single room (which is exceptionally good value considering the location). After arriving at 5pm, I went to the office, collected my keys from staff who were happy to help and went to my room. The bed sheets were clean, my room was clean and the toilets were also very clean. I had a clean towel and there was free shower gel in the shower. I didn't use the Kitchen but had a look and it was also cleaned to a good standard. Attached are photos of my room and the bathroom (my room also had a tv on the wall). I would absolutely stay in this location again, it was perfect for my trip! I can't speak on behalf of the other locations that Apartments of London rent out, but this one was absolutely spot on!!... If I could give this place no stars, I would. Have been trying to contact them for the past month and a half 3 email and multiple calls made as I am yet to receive my security deposit back. The apartments was subpar condition. However, my main issues being the emergency phone number and all numbers for this apartment are not answered. Stay clear and listen to the reviews, especially if you want to pay over 3 times the amount for your stay as you don't get your deposit back.... Read more

The apartment was terrible had hairs in the shower room electrical was burnt fan was broken and the sofa bed was ripped and no WiFi bed bugs broken microwave and the bin was broken and the lamp was not working when we told aol we were told they have to investigate this but I said we had pictures of this apartment that was a fake picture and I was shocked please don’t go there trust me it will waste your money you would be better if in a hostel....
