Having dealt with a larger estate agents on the High Street I have to say Lettings By Apex and staff there are a breath of fresh air. They found me a new tenant within a week. Omar conducted the viewings and helped me filter through a lot of the perspective tenants until we found the perfect family for my home. The property i am renting through lettings by apex was original my home and I had a few requirements to ensure the property is well looked after. Omar and Idris ensured the tenants understood all my requirements. I like to be very hands on with my properties and the team has kept me up to date throughout every stage of the process. There was a small electric issue which Idris informed me about having already got me a ball park figure of costs, after sending my engineer and getting over quoted. I authorised Idris to get the work done which was complete a couple of days after the issue being reported. I have also realised how much Ive been over paying at my other agents, quoting me far more for similar jobs. I have also agreed a lower management fee when all my properties are under Lettings By Apex management. Overall my experience with Lettings By Apex has been outstanding, I will be moving my other properties over to their management.... Read more
