Absolute joke of a company! Find them very rude and only seem to get back to you if they want something from and even then it's last minute.

They're trying to rip me off by claiming £840 deposit deduction including cleaning, redecoration, and replacement. I left the property with perfect condition and yet they charged me all of this. Also, they keep procrastinating my dispute resolution request for three months. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE!
