Went in three times to get a booking to view a property and called twice, said they would contact me back after each time.

FInally given a chance to view only to get a call back saying they needed to change the time, was supposed to be a 3:30pm viewing when they called they wanted 1:20pm giving me 10 mins to get there in time to view.

Time wasters and jokers at the Shoeburyness office, called today only to be told they had taken a deposit on the property, 4 days with no effort in arranging a viewing.

I've not had a place to call home.for myself and my 2 children for a while now. The ladies at Apple understood my story and done everything in their power to help me. I can't wait to move into my new home with my children n that I'm forever grateful. Lovely people very easy to talk to and are very helpful and caring xx

Although a Joker Company who gamble with other people time.

Today arranged a view at Warrior Square 4.30 pm. Had the information
before must be refurbished. Fine.

4.38 pm i got a call from the Agent it would be better to arrange another time
after the flat is refurbished.

Thats what i tell, Customers have to be informed at last?

On rightmove described as Ground floor flat, at the flat 1st floor flat to rent?

But best of all, the tenants already in the ground floor flat?

To do a good business is one thing, but not to work with false or wrong informations
and a bad Customer service.
One star had to be ticked to leave the review, but not this one is the company worth
