Disgusted by the customer service in this shop.
Ordered my shopping to be delivered then had to collect and all my shopping was warm, all fruit gone bad and soft pathetic this shop considering what you spend will be going elsewhere

Large car park with car charging points. Free car park. There is a hand car was on site and Tesco click and collect seperate to the store. This store has scan and go which is quick and easy, scanning as you go. Good size store with a good selection of products. This store has a small home and clothing section. Customer toilets as well.

Void shopping around 19:00. They do special discounted deals and some people don't know how to behave to buy something without pushing and they are worst than wild animals. This was reported to management, but they don't care and Tesco members of staff like to watch customers when they almost fight for discounted items. Some customers have good relation with some members of staff and they get reduced price labels on request.

Nice, big Tesco but it seems to have a plumbing issue with a major sewage smell at the entrance which makes the first half of the store smell rather unpleasant.

Your standards are slipping ,thr floor was looking dirty today in several places. The shelves where the vegetarian pot meals are dirty and I have noticed this place on 3 visits .
I would like to thank the good service by the telephone man.

Far too many online shoppers that seem to thi k their on a race track! Sell by dates not long enough have to really hunt for dates longer than two days. Fruit seems old and stale not a long shelf life considering we are big fruit eaters. Shop looks grubby and staff rude especially the service desk. More online shoppers in the store as to the ratio of customers. All too close as well with other staff usually having a chat in the aisles. Not seeing a lot of management on the shop floor.

There is a traffic light system for entry to the store, and customers must wear masks. Follow the Covid 19 virus rules like all supermarkets.
