I have been with Appleton letting for 40 years and I feel so ill treated in regards to changing over the management of my properties to another of the family. All that time I was charged more commission on my rental property than the others and yet I have been a loyal customer a great deal of time. I changed to another Appleton family letting agent who I had been with before and received good service in regards to the maintenance side. Unbeknownst to me these two brothers were in an argument not to do with me so Jason Appleton delayed my transfer to his brother and charged me a ridiculous fee of £1000 pound to transfer. I have known the mother, several aunties, and three sons for 40 years and have never been treated so poorly. Jason Appleton should be ashamed of how he treats his loyal customers. I will never do business with this company again and I will be sure to warn others.

Arrogant Owner (Jason Appleton). Shoddy business ethics, disputed with the DPS to keep a £650 deposit for rent that wasn't due. We were given 60 day notice to leave as owner had sold property. We were on a monthly rolling contract paid in arrears we left early but Jason Appleton applied to keep the whole deposit for unpaid rent. Basically this company exists to make money by any underhanded means possible to pay for luxuries like his Bentley Continental when those on the bread line have to suffer due to his immoral ethics and arrogant attitude to those he feels are beneath him. Horrible man, horrible company ... steer clear!
