Love this park, great space to spend time with the kids. Great playground, lovely lake, and a museum that has lots of good activities on throughout the year. Recently made monster masks, which my 3 YO daughter enjoyed. Sad the cafe burnt down and is still not rebuilt, but there is a great little independent coffee and cake van there at the moment. Highly recommend for a weekend outing.... Read more

Beautiful park with A LOT to offer. Great for a quick (or a long) jog, for a picnic with family, to study or chill alone. If you enter from one end, the park may seem small, but it's actually HUGE with a cricket, football field in another corner of the park. Also has a children's play section in another area.
The best part about this park is the number of dogs you bump into at any point during the day, be it early morning, noon, evening or night. The park shuts at 9pm... Read more

Gunnersbury Park is the most popular place to walk your dogs. I walk my dog there every week and my Dog gets to meet lots of new dog friends which is fun. Gunnersbury Park used to have a family Golf Course before it became a wide open park for everyone to have a walk around but only a few sand pits are still around. It's a very popular park and I do reccommend it a lot.... Read more

Great place for walking, relaxing, or even entertaining kids. Low cut grass and big wide trees are equally suitable for picnic and for not-too-intensive (foot-, volley-, feather-) ball games. Food and drinks are sold at a few outlets next to the Museum. There are several benches, but you better be prepared to sit on the ground rather on a chair. Hope soon they will be able to restore the damaged cafeteria. Overall, we have had a lovely afternoon on a hot summer day.... Read more

Lovely park. Toilets. Fountain and gardens. Beautiful trees. Only challenge is that, apart from a small van serving cakes, tea and coffee, it lacks a more substantial cafe. This would have been good.... Read more

It is a great well-kept park. There are facilities for children to play safely, masses of green space, toilet facilities, a museum, a pedalo pond & more!!! The weekly market stalls, sell so many different things, from food to jewellery, salad dressings to candles, all small businesses, all amazing. The stalls were nicely spread out so you weren't on top of people. Now we're in semi-post-covid living, it's nice to be able to enjoy an outside space buy quality goods, made by driven people and actually be able to enjoy a day out with friends & family????????????... It is a great place to visit. There are lots of beautiful things to see. On the day I came, an open market with lots of interesting stalls was there.
Unfortunately, there are three things 1-I did not like : the toilets were unclean, 2- I could see people giving white industrial bread to ducks and it is not good for them in the long run,3- I have seen beer cans next to the pond opposite the Temple and plastic bags in the basin of the Italian Garden.... Lovely park. A lot better than I expected! Although I don't understand why the built a fresh sports center next door to the derelict building and not knock down the old one?
The kids loved the play park and the ponds.... Read more

Beautiful, clean and well kept. Lovely water features and safe paths to wander through. A small stall were you and get a drink near the stately home in the park and an ice cream truck in the summer. Perfect.... Read more

Gunnersbury Park is great for meeting friends and walking either on its perimeter or within the park itself. It has enough concrete pavers within the park to not have to wear walking boots. There are a few features in terms of old buildings (dilapidated) and those buildings and a garden has some.history which is worth reading about.
It is well serviced for cars in and around the park as well as a small car park within it. It also is fairly well kept, (except the house). So definitely worth a visit for a walk and a talk.... Read more

I love this local park. It’s so beautiful and has everything you need for a day out. Children’s play area, a cafe that has great pizzas. A beautiful garden with gorgeous architecture and a museum, which is free entry. My favourite time to go is in spring, when the magnolias blossom... Read more

Love this park. Used to visit regularly as a child. Visited recently and am thrilled with the building restorations! The pond and fountain behind the main mansion is exquisite! I'm so pleased the round boating pond has affordable pedalos! Such a shame the new cafe had fire damage, but there is a van nearby selling food in the interim. There's so much for children and adults to enjoy in this park. Would be interested to see the museum and Victorian kitchens again!... Read more
