Personable, professional and thorough - I have been really impressed by Peach Properties. When another agent failed to attract much interest in a tough market, we approached Peach and they secured viewings straightaway, keeping us up-to-date with progress at every stage.
Let a property to me knowing that that pipes were leaking in the flat and that renovations were due to happen during the tenancy but failed to mention the extent of those repairs. They were never in the office when needed and as things went sour with the landlord (who was also absentee) due to the issues around their contractors and the landlords insurance problems, they were unavailable. Worst 6 months of my life was spent in a flat let by this crew.
Me and my mother have been searching for a suitable home in Ealing for months and wasn't able to find anything suitable or to our standers. Thankfully a kind gentle man named Guy Mara?on whom works for KFH (Ealing Broadway branch) had came to help us after going to different agencies. Guy made sure he had got all information in terms of what we wanted in a home and what we wanted around us also. Within 2-3 days Guy had found the perfect property and made sure all criterias where met. I would recommend if you are in a bit of a bubble in finding a home or flat for you should talk to Guy Mara?on he will find what you need with no stress. I really want to thank Guy for all the hard work he had put in to make sure our family is happy.
Good customer service - but they charge £210 to "draw up the contract". In our case we questioned one of the terms in there (saying we would pay all bills although this should not have been the case) and were told it was just a generic contract and we should ignore this term.I'm sorry but if I'm going to be charged £210, the price of a decent TV, for a piece of paper, I expect it to be absolutely perfect (and probably gold plated).
KFH are nothing more than relatively polite thieves.

Pity that I can't give less than a star. All promises before you have moved but then it's all surprises. I moved with my family on Friday evening to know that Bed, Sofa, Cupboard (everything that led to my decision to finalize the flat) is not there. Called the hamptons and they said there's been a "misunderstanding" between them and landlord about the availability of these items. So now, they advised me to buy a camping matteress (just for 3 days as Bed will be delivered on Monday as it has been ordered) which I said I wont as I Cant have my 2 year old kid sleeping on it. Anyway, I bought a matteress (hope they reimburse at least the fraction of amount they promised) and spent the weekend in the hope of a bed on Monday. I got a call on Monday that Bed is ordered now (they lied that it was ordered on Friday itself) now and new delivery day is Friday. Now imagine if I would gone with their idea of a camping matteress. I'm still clueless about other items if they would come or not as Landlord said that he had asked hamptons to advertise the property as unfurnished. And on top of that, Not given the parking yet as I was told while being lured to final this flat (I dont have a car but was told I can rent the parking out and that's why I didn't negotiate further). So here I am stuck for at least 6 months in this flat. Don't know whom to blame! One question to hamptons - Why should I pay my hard earned money to you as fee for your incompetence (and lies?). No one suffered other than my family - you are sitting comfortably in your offices and Landlord is fair in his point of view. Its sad that you do business in such an unprofessional way! Pathetic.
Staff very friendly and professional. Room was up to date and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back.
Disgrace of a hotel, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. In dire need of a revamp. Rude staff.

Let my property through Winkworths in Brentford and had a very positive experience - Mandeep specifically was very helpful in explaining the procedure, communicative and secured good quality tenants exactly to my timeline. Thanks for a great first experience!
Pro active- speedy- quick. I had my property on with another agent for 2 months and nothing, I met with an agent from Winkwork Brentford and within 4 days they found me a tenant and he had moved in within a week of meeting. Emails were responded to within half hour, very impressive and So glad I called them.
