Complete liars when you move out of a property they make up so many lies to point where these where things you pointed out to them before you moved in , about repairs and state of the house trying to get money out of people they do not do any repairs all they want is rent they dont care about living conditions of tenents or there safety i would recommend everyone stays away from this money grabbing useless company

The most worst let in agency. I paid deposit to hold one house and after they check my references and rejected my, hold my money. Before that I asked if I apply and don't give me house can I recuperate my deposit? They said yes. And now send me message because I have low credit score. Y rent house not buy.... This people are rasist and trick people who don't speak English like my. Rubbish agency with rude people.

IF THERE IS ZERO STAR I WILL RATE THEM
They booked me for a view for the property and they told me call as at the day of viewing
I called them and they said It is not exciting anymore.
But I realised the story, the booked many different people and they do the same with everyone I stopped searching for a house because the told at viewing you can reserve the house for £225.
Unprofessional agency . Unfriendly staff.
AVOID THEM PLEASE ????

Couldn't agree more with the review below, I have rented from them, and let a property with them also. They are the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They never return calls, emails or letters. We have been waiting for three months now to have our deposit returned, and have had to chase them at every point to progress said return.
If you are looking for an agent, use Merrick Binch instead, much better service.
Archer Bassett operate outside the terms set by the National Approved Letting Scheme, which they cite that they are a member of. I have complained to NALS as well as their Ombudsman...
They are a joke.
