Complete liars when you move out of a property they make up so many lies to point where these where things you pointed out to them before you moved in , about repairs and state of the house trying to get money out of people they do not do any repairs all they want is rent they dont care about living conditions of tenents or there safety i would recommend everyone stays away from this money grabbing useless company

If you are Landlord do not use Archer Basset. Service is really poor. Communication is weak and they will scam you out of money which you haven’t agreed to pay. Please be aware of the Statement with in their contract that reads they can change their contract at any time. If you are considering Archer Basset make sure you check your terms and conditions with a solicitor and note the following wording “we may make any change to the terms” I’m afraid to say this has caught me out. Very dirty business from Archer Bassett.

Would have give 0 stars. Absolutely unprofessional service from these. My girlfriend went to view a property with a guy called Tom Wolski. He told my girlfriend we would have to go through the application process, there was a couple viewing after us. My girlfriend emailed him after the viewing to say we would like to start the application process. Upon his return he emailed back and said that the couple after us had phone up and put a deposit down on the property while he was travelling back and that they would “have to go with them” so it was one rule for us and another for them. Absolute money pinchers. Would not recommend!

0 stars - went to a viewing for a property was advised was all through the application procedure for all applicants, as soon as I got home from the viewing i recieved an email advising the people after my viewing have put down a deposit. Unfair as no application was completely by others but due to them putting a deposit down they secured the property, I was not informed of this else I would of done so. Unfair and unprofessional, time wasters

Do not ever use this estate agent . I rented
My house with them for far too long almost
7 years. During the coronavirus my last foreign tenants decided they did not want to pay me
Any rent! This was in May 2020. Archer Bassett allowed them to completely destroy my house
They painted the bedrooms in bright pink and left mould in the main bedroom . It had cost me thousands for a refurbishment with the painting and the decorating . I have still not got my rent back from last tenants . I phone them everyday but the people who work there are rude unsympathetic and incompetent. They basically confuse the general public with rules and regulations of letting your house.
All they are interested in is making as much money as possible !
The person who owns it is called peter I have spoken to him on the phone once or twice
He is a rude sarcastic individual
People of Coventry just let your property with a different estate agent
These people should not be allowed to exist in business and this is why they give estate agents a bad name

We have been in UK for the past 10 years and had been travelling a lot and stayed in different houses..but never I saw such unprofessional agency. Had problems with flat which we quoted in the first few months of arrival, which were not addressed to till the end of tenancy which is almost a year now.

Very professional. I have just rented a flat with this agency and it has been excellent. They have helped to me with everything, always with a quick response and very kind and friendly. I highly recommend to rent a flat with them.

The most worst let in agency. I paid deposit to hold one house and after they check my references and rejected my, hold my money. Before that I asked if I apply and don't give me house can I recuperate my deposit? They said yes. And now send me message because I have low credit score. Y rent house not buy.... This people are rasist and trick people who don't speak English like my. Rubbish agency with rude people.
