Sold my flat within 6 weeks of getting it on the market. The valuation was on point. I would recommend as Arins has a very good local knowledge of tilehurst and surrounding areas. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning but honestly my eagerness to sell as well made the process seem cumbersome but at the end it was only on the market for 6 weeks and they sold it. Would recommend. Richard and Jamie were very supportive in managing the conveyancing as well.
