Absolutely terrible experience with this letting agent. I have rented many properties and have never had poorer service. Throughout our tenancy our issues and requests were blatantly ignored multiple times, it was impossible to get a straight answer from them and we only ever had a quick response if there was potential for them to make money from us. When leaving we endured months of stress caused by them not doing their job correctly. They allowed threatening behaviour from the landlord and passed through incorrect information relating to our deposit. Would not recommend anyone to use this agency and I regret my decision to rent through them. Avoid.... Read more

Matthew has been amazing ???? He has put himself out to accommodate our viewing needs.. He has answered all our questions, in a genuine way. I put my apartment on the market just days before Boris announced the stamp duty break. At the time it was one of only a handful of flats on offer and it was expected to sell quickly however, the announcement saw Lower Parkstone flood with far more salubrious apartments than mine and so it took far longer to sell than it might have otherwise. As a result, I got to know the Edwards Team in Ashley Cross really well as they guided me through the process step-by-step and provided reassurance and support when I became a little disillusioned with it all. I am sure my property became the one they all groaned about during their Monday morning reviews but nevertheless, I always felt that it continued to get a high level of attention with viewers sent my way on a regular basis. Assistant Manager George was fantastic throughout. He was calm, professional and realistic, very happy to answer all questions (even when daft) and most importantly he was human, interacting really well with myself and buyers alike. It'll be strange not to hear from him every week now. Thanks George! You really did a great job for me right down to the day we finally got a sale (whoop whoop!) and then dealing with solicitors etc. Also thanks to Chloe for taking my (sometimes anxious) calls and to Chris for advice given at top speed as he was often running out the door! I therefore highly recommend Edwards Estate Agents.... Read more
