Would like to start by saying the level of service i received from start to finish was amazing. I can not thank the Standish office enough for there help from Joe coming to give me a valuation to then Louise finding me a buyer and then Kelly getting the sale through so smooth. Will be defiantly telling my friends all about how great they all are. Thanks again Sarah x

VERY POOR. Over priced my house by £450,000. No wonder it sat on the Market for so long, it was killed the moment they put it up for sale. My Solicitor brought in four independent estate agents and all valued between £850,000-£950,000. Be careful they don't estimate your house higher and after a few months start the ring round asking you to drop the price. Perhaps this is to bring it down to the right price , the one it should have been in the first place. Being the biggest does not mean the best , with the bright pink and the bling . Have a look at how many of their properties have been reduced. We are considering legal action.

Tried phoning in August to speak to someone about properties that were on their website for let. Everytime I rang I was put through to an answer machine. Left details on numerous occasions and heard nothing back. Eventually phoned their sales department just so I could speak to someone! Was told that the guy who deals with letting properties was on annual leave that day and would be back on the following Monday. They took my details for him to get in touch, heard nothing from them the following week. Tried ringing again in September and have been met with the same answer machine every time.

I’ve been ringing and ringing their phone for properties and no one picks up! What’s the point in putting properties up if you’re not going to let people enquire about them? Absolutely waste of time, stay well away from this agency as they are USELESS!
