My wife and I had a wonderful experience at WH B. Luke has helped us to find an apartment at the city centre for a fair price. Judy showed us some properties and was very helpful with all the questions related to the city. As newcomers, it was hard for us to understand all the details of renting a property here, and they helped in every way.
My kitchen flooded in February 2017. After contacting William H Brown, they finally agreed to send out an emergency plumber after I stated I couldn't go an entire week-end without water. A huge amount of waste water had leaked under all my cabinet and started to make them rot. I kept contacting them to get the damage repaired but to no avail as the members of the property management team kept quitting and no one took over where the last one
had left off. So after months of calls, someone finally came out to repair the damp damage today! 6 months later!! (2/August/2017) And found that the initial repaire job wasn't done properly and everything has rotten through! It's disgusting that they would rent properties in this condition! If I wasn't 8 1/2 months pregnant I would move out! Shameful service!!!
I've recently had a valuation with manager David MacDuff and although I've decided not to sell, I have to say he was so thorough and professional and spent time to get to know me. I am now using Jamie to remortgage but will definitely sell with team in a few years. Thank you!
Had to leave a star to leave feedback but they deserve no stars. Absolutely appalling estate agents. With the exception of one staff member (Lizzie) the Cromer team and Regional manager are incompetent, deceitful, rude and unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and their mistakes cost us buying our dream house. Avoid! I will be taking legal action.

Telephoned Agents to view a property I had seen to rent in a East Beckham. Believe it was the Norwich office. Incredibly unhelpful and inflexible around viewing. Travelled 17 miles to view this property from the outside. Called office again as I was interested to view inside. Requested agent that they contact Landlord/Landlady to arrange viewing, as interested, but declined. Have decided that I would rather deal with an agency that offer better service and therefore will be viewing other properties later today.

Well where to start! I've known Ryan and Jeff for a number of years and I can't recommend these guys enough! With a job relocation to Dorset looming after Cromer being home for 15 years we were faced with the prospect of selling or renting our house and from start to finish Ryan and Jeff were there, always on hand with help and advice and ensuring that our sale went through smoothly and with minimum stress. They have an excellent knowledge of the local area, are extremely professional in every way, and they are honestly two of the nicest guys you could ever wish to meet - I've lost count of all the times I rang Ryan for reassurance and advice and was always met with positivity and cheerfulness and I would like to say a special thank you to him for putting up with me for the last few months! I would also like to say a huge thank you to Jeff's wife Annie and Ryan's partner Yasmin for all they have done for us during our sale too - again very professional, always at the end of the phone and above all lovely ladies to deal with. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Henleys to anyone anywhere - what you see is what you get - excellent advice, constant updates, liaising with solicitors and dealing with any problems that might arise on your behalf and keeping you informed at all times. Above all they really do genuinely care and that is very rare in Estate Agency. Thank you for everything guys, will miss popping in for a natter! Once they had signed us up they didn’t communicate well. They made a mistake when receiving an offer from the buyer by not giving us the correct information, which lead to us having to leave items to the value of £1500.
