Excellent job in a difficult ‘brexit’ market. Took a fair amount of time to find a buyer, which I think was related. Mixed service; one guy very responsive, another not so. Would say very facilitative in viewings/surveyors/certifications etc etc required to satisfy buyers. Main observation was we were ‘denied’ access/contact with the buyers, meaning we never met/formed a relationship, which manifested into some antagonism.
