Arnold Keys were in a good location for selling my property in Coltishall and I’ve been extremely happy with the service I’ve received.

A professional but friendly team. Communication was always good, with a prompt response to calls, emails and text message. When I was particularly busy, at work etc I would arrange viewings by text message which I found really helpful. Arnold Keys were able to do the viewings on my behalf, which had been something I really hadn’t been looking forward to doing. Competitive fixed price fees, would definitely recommend Arnold Keys Wroxham.

Excellent job in a difficult ‘brexit’ market. Took a fair amount of time to find a buyer, which I think was related. Mixed service; one guy very responsive, another not so. Would say very facilitative in viewings/surveyors/certifications etc etc required to satisfy buyers. Main observation was we were ‘denied’ access/contact with the buyers, meaning we never met/formed a relationship, which manifested into some antagonism.
