Stay well clear of these estate agents, as one of the reviews below also mentioned, you'll receive nothing but short of, "mediocre service" this is also a understatement. Georgie from staff team and Daniel Famili, who happens to be a Director is not fit to run a estate agency. Both Dan and Georgie are one of the most rude and unprofessional staff we have come across in our lives. As a Landlord, I had never received my rent on time, my wife was furious that she had to chase them every time. I work abroad as a director for KPMG and don't have time to deal with poor standard estate agency. Arron James almost on every occasion made some excuse and delayed paying money into our account, they never bother sending any warnings to tennats who delay paying rent and make excuses months after months, and Dan and Georgie fall into it and fail to respect Landlords. They need to get off their high horse and start respect Landlords. They have a attitude that it will fixed on it's own and assume it will be fixed next month and tenants will learn and pay on time. Yet Dan and rest of team fail to understand how much stress and grief poor Landlords get because of this attitude. They never returns calls or emails, they get afraid to confront landlords and avoid them and do not hesitate extorting money from them when it comes to signing contract and making false promises. We as LANDLORDS too have responsibilities and have to pay our bills, we to got other commitments.

I was fed up with them and for over 10 months in a row, not once as a LANDLORD, HAVE I received RENT ON TIME!!! You can understand, we subsequently had to give them up and we left Arron James to join a estate agent who respected us and we have not even once had any delay in receiving payment now into our account and the fees are less then half as compared to what Arron James were charging us. I'm not surprised, if many of existing LANDLORDS are on same boat, as Arron James want take any responsibility and poor Lanlord's will have to chase them and I hope after they read my message they too will leave them and consider going with online estate agents who are so much cheaper as compared to these guys who will rob you with extortionate fees and twice as high management fees compared to there competitors, please stay clear of them.

Can you also please do not reply to my message and then justify by apologising and giving generic response, "we take pride in customer service etc...", you clearly don't take any pride, neither your staff in Greenford office, or else poor Landlords like us want be chasing you around every week, that's suppose to be your job, you get paid for it from us to manage, read again "MANAGE" PROPERTY, which you guys failed. Anyways, i'm glad i left, I'm sure your existing, "loyal" landlords will soon leave too. Please improve your service, before it's too late and teach your staff to be polite and efficient and above all honest with there landlords, rather then be downright rude and dismissive.

I also had misfortune using this estate agent and the service was really poor. Very far from ‘professional and personal’ as advertised. It started ok, we managed to book and view one of their properties to rent in Slough. The Landlord lived abroad so they seemed to be fully managing the property. The property wasn’t professionally cleaned at the time of viewing but that wasn’t a big deal. We had questions about the parking and they said they would call us back to confirm. Before I forget, the agent who showed us the property, Karl was polite, pleasant and informative, as you would expect. Following their phone call we wanted to take the property and completed all their forms. We wanted to pay their fees but Louise Mcnab told us she needed to speak to the landlord and will let us know. This is where the things went sideways. Nobody ever called us back or emailed. I was curious to see how bad their service really is so I called them every day for about a week. Every day I would be told, your agent is dealing with your case and we will ask her to give you a call back. Of course nobody ever called back. Once somebody told me “ I will e-mail her now and I will give you a call back” and guess what, nobody called me back. Eventually, after a week and daily calls to the agency, I managed to speak to my agent, but only to tell me that she was sorry and the Landlord has decided to go with someone else”. I understand this, but never calling you back and keeping you informed is simply dishonest and rude. Also, the fees they charge both the tenants and the Landlords are extortionate. Although they are similar to other high street estate agents. For example, referencing £180 inventory report fee of £153 and contract fee of £120. How is this justified? I used online estate agent and rented my house in days for £70 and no cost to tenants. Not to mention the service I received was excellent. I was able to call my agent any time, if I emailed them they responded in matters of hours.
So if you are prospective Landlord, I would strongly suggest that you save your money, save yourself headache and use online estate agent. It’s a lot simpler than it looks, not to mention value for money. If you are prospective tennant then all I could say to you is good luck.
Personally, I think high street estate agents will soon become obsolete like Blockbuster, because they charge way to much for mediocre service.
To Aaron James, please there is no need to respond to my comments, with your standard ‘we are sorry’ response, but learn from this and improve your services. Competition is high both on high street and on-line so unless you do, you may not last as long as you think.
