From the moment Barney came to see us to provide a valuation for our home, it was clear to us that Artistry wasn’t your typical Estate Agency. Extremely professional, passionate, knowledgeable and honest, Barney has provided a refreshing service throughout the selling process.

The glossy brochure created by Barney and his team was extremely professional and developed with thought and care. So much so, that we questioned why were moving - we fell in love with our home again!

As soon as we had sold, and through the most stressful part of the process, Barney supported us by providing expert advice, showing empathy throughout and especially when things got difficult, open and clear lines of communication at all times, making things easier from the moment he first met with us through to completion. Yes, moving house can be one of the most stressful things to do but with Barney acting as your agent, you can rest assured that you will always be kept informed and trust that Barney will act with honesty and integrity. We can’t thank Barney enough for this and would highly recommend Artistry if you are thinking of moving home anytime soon.

What attracted us about Artistry was the number of similarly unique houses in the high-end market on their books and an excellent track record of sales within this sector. A key requirement in the stressful process of selling one's house is an Agent who actively communicates sales progress and plans regularly and without being chased, and Barney performed excellently in this regard. He is also very honest in his views about a property, both good and bad and advises well about it's overall presentation. His literature is superb, both in words and pictures and we will keep ours as a good reminder. Barney introduced a buyer who came, saw, liked and made an offer which we accepted before the house even went on the market!! A classy operator who defies the rather unfair characterisation of Estate Agents. Enormously efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I've read all the previous reviews and agree entirely. Barney is the antithesis of an archetypal estate agent: he's a guy you feel you can trust absolutely. He will not sugar-coat and acts as an honest broker between vendor and buyer, when the time comes. He is professional, calm and very hard-working, but always with an easy charm and good humour. We would recommend him unreservedly.

We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Artistry Properties. Barney is an impressive character: knowledgeable, professional and with great attention to detail. We at once felt our house sale was in safe hands and from the outset he gave us a realistic expectation of what our house might achieve in terms of it value. He was prepared to go the extra mile to present our home in its most favourable light, even offering to turn the heating on before potential buyers were to visit.

The true professional nature of Barney (Artistry Properties) is that he found a buyer, without advertising our property. The buyer had a family member who had previously bought via Artistry Properties and thus created a professional relationship. Barney is very open and honest with what he feels can be achieved through the sales process and not simply allowing us (the seller) to get carried away with stupid valuations so often part of Estate Agency. Barney, is highly professional and a great communicator. We were nervous about engaging any agent to sell our property as it had been in the family for over 50 years, however Barney was empathetic and very open with his critique of our property. Very impressed with the service offered and experienced. Highly recommended
