Having moved at least a dozen times over the years, we have come into contact with quite a few Estate Agents. It wasn’t until we met the staff at Artistry we fully realised just how important they are to a sale or purchase.. Artistry is easily the best estate agent I have ever dealt with and if we were to decide to move then they are the only agent we would consider.
Barney and Deanna are extremely professional in their approach. They are responsive, courteous, considerate and honest in their communications.
They acted on the sale of a house to us and were evidently the most proactive agent in the chain when it came to driving the process forward towards exchange and completion.

Such care was taken over marketing and showing our house, and the team were on hand to advise when things got tricky. Our much loved house was a large Victorian house in the town full of original features and much loved. We spent a long time deciding which agent was the right fit. I am so glad that we chose Artistry.
We came across them when we were doing viewings with our son and we were immediately impressed by the way they promoted their properties and conducted the viewing - this was exactly the kind of approach we wanted for the sale of our own home and it was just a couple of months later that we instructed them.
From the wonderful write up and photographs /videos to the very last viewing they updated us constantly. This team is just the loveliest you could hope to meet.
It took a little while for us to sell as we expected it would for such a large home and throughout the whole time their enthusiasm never waned. Once sold they remained very involved all the way through to completion day.
I have sold many houses over the years , personally and professionally and I have to say that this team at Artistry go above and beyond. I recommend them wholeheartedly

I cannot praise Barney and Deanna enough: they achieved asking price on our house, in a difficult market, and conducted themselves throughout with immense professionalism and charm. They are a small team, but so responsive that it works in the client's favour and you receive a very personal service. My first call to their office only got their ansaphone, which promised to call me back within two hours: when they were absolutely true to their word I knew it was a good sign. And so it proved; Barney spent real time with us at the start of the process finding out about the house and what we were trying to achieve, and once we had our final buyer the whole process was handled brilliantly by Deanna and we were kept informed every step of the way; they got us from offer to completion in just seven weeks. I highly recommend Artistry if you are looking for an intelligent, supportive, grown-up agency to sell your house. Lovely people too!

I would highly recommend using Artistry to buy / sell. We contacted Barney as we were selling our period property in Turvey and from the moment we met with him, we were impressed with his professional, competent and friendly manner. The process of selling was not an easy one, as our house was very niche, but despite various set backs, the team at Artistry remained calm, even when we were perhaps not ourselves!
