Right from first contact Bentons were professional and helpful. From Mandy arranging a viewing to James coming out to value my property (at short notice) I was very impressed. Not only am I happy at the way they dealt with me I feel confident that potential buyers would get an excellent service resulting in a quicker, smoother sale for me! The floor plan and photos were done on the spot and the photos were excellent, so important for internet sales. No pushiness or hyperbole. Strongly recommend.

The best thing about our experience with Frank Innes, Ashby branch was Samual Newman-Earp. He gave us excellent advice, talked us through all the options available to us and made recommendations based on our personal requirements.
From the initial consultation with Sam to overseeing the process, friendly and enthusiastic at all times even when we were stressed with a tricky lease issues.
He was thorough and clear, but above all was really personable. Sam provided us with regular updates and in fact went as far as to help assist us in the conveyancing process, chasing matters to ensure we exchanged and completed on time.
We would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

I use Frank Innes office in Coalville to let my rental properties. They have a very professional approach, with great local knowledge of the business. To date the properties have been quickly let and they have ensured we have had great tenants. I would highly recommend them
They have clause in the small print on the back of their contract which means that way after you think the contract has expired and months after they stop advertising for you if someone walks in off the street they can still claim a fee. They said the contract was for months but in fact it is for years.
During the complaint this office even misled Countrywide who are their owners. I would never use this agent again even if they were free.
Check the small print but better still use an agent without dodgy wording in their terms.

I shared my experience about YourMove in the beginning above about the way they treated me when I moved in. This has changed, as soon as I was moved in the treatment is repulsing, there was a drastic change from them wanting to take my money to them having me inside and moving foward. I am still having issues with the company since the first week I moved in. I sent an email over a month ago now and I am still waiting for a reply, I have sent in a further two prompting emails and also copied in the branch manager. Still no reply. There is no working thermostat in the property and nights are getting colder, they say that they cannot contact the head office and that i have to do this myself (as if the company isn't able to communicate with their head office). I have rented multiple times and this is by far the worst experience I have had. Nothing ever gets done, nearly four months later and I am facing the same problems as I was when moved in. This month i am refusing to give any rent until the point that everything I reported it attended to. It seems that this is the only way I will be able to get through to the company. Rent prices are inflated, at the time I did not know the area but since living there, multiple properties of the same type have became available from other agencies at a much lower price, when asking them to asess the pricing this is refused. Due to the poor treatment, i will not be renewing my agreement with them and moving out after the first six months to find a more suitable property with landlords that care. Be very careful when it comes to YourMove, that's all that I can say. When I moved into the property there was a mouldy mattress on the back garden, bags and boxes of old food and this bought rats within the seven foot high grass surrounding the property. They failed to take responsibility for this and when I asked about someone doing the work, they told me that someone was coming round to sort the garden (which never happened).
