Horrible service. Found us a tenant, guaranteed that knew the tenant as has got him placement before aswell but all lies. Studip tenant never pays on time, always some of the other lame excuse. Plus Ashley or his staff didn't bother to take any metre readings before the start of tenancy,took money do not for what. And if ever you call Ashley he never is in office neither does he return calls. Extremely shite service.

Ashley Borne dealt with the sale of our house. From start to finish Ashley went above and beyond in progressing the sale and helping move forward my purchase, whilst dealing with a complicated chain. Communication was fantastic throughout often emailing outside of office hours and even whilst on holiday so not to cause any delays. We really were very pleased with the service that was provided and would definitely recommend.

As a first time renter, I did not realise how poor the standard of service from Ashley Borne was until I started a new tenancy with a different estate agent a few weeks ago. The property was extremely dirty when the tenancy began, with extensive mould in several rooms. It took several days to clean myself before I was able to move my possessions in. I left the property as clean as I was able, and in a significantly better state to how I acquired it, yet Ashley Borne had the audacity to charge £60 in “Cleaning Fees”. The majority of reported issues with the property were never fixed during the tenancy. In fact, I was forced to bypass Ashley Borne on several occasions and contact the landlord directly to get solutions for urgent issues.
Though not all encounters with Ashley Borne were negative, I still feel the positives were so few and far between that I am not able to recommend Ashley Borne, especially to students, as they seem to take advantage of your inexperience.

Found Ashley to be really great. We were a group of 6 students and stay in a property from Ashley Borne for 11 months. As we did not need the 12 months Ashley helped us negotiate went above and beyond. Only leaving this review as have read the one below. We got all our deposit back in full. We rang up a week before leaving and asked the office what we would need to do. We got an email specifying what was needed basically leaving our house in a clean way that the next group could move in the following day and to remove all belongings of ours and a general tidy up in the garden. All pretty standard and what we expected to do. Like I said we got all our deposit back in full within3 weeks. I'm guess the lad below with his negative comments obviously forgot to clean up or do the garden or something. What ever his problem we and all my girls would recommend Ashley and his team as they were excellent and made our stay as students really comfortable. We were really happy with them as an agent so much so although a group of 5 now we took another house on Coronation Rd from Ashley Borne.
