I've been using them for years as a letting agent, they're focused on long term win for the owner always find good tenants and got me high rent figures, other estate agent in the area always tried to push for lower valuation,
I tried to sell the property earlier this year, they were equally helpful, but then with COVID and lockdown coming I decided to put it back for rent and it let very quickly again at a very good price despite COVID.

From me zero stars. They r absolutely useless. I rent a house with them and if you have any problem they are so unhelpful. You have to do everything yourself anyway. I wouldn’t say that they are nice either. Very disorganised as well.

Dissappointing, would never use again.
I signed up with AC to sell my flat simply as the house I wanted to buy was up for sale with them. They firstly over valued my flat by some £10k which I refused to market it for, I keep an eye on property markets and was suprised how inaccurate the estimate had been. After just one week and an abismal open day i was encouraged to reduce the price (bearing in mind I made them put it up for £10k less than their 'professional' valuation). I got a bad feeling about them as I was treated more like an inconvenience than a paying client, so I signed up to a second local agent and within 3 days my flat sold for the full asking price. I put this down to better photos, a more detailed rightmove description and general positivity when liaising with myself and potential buyers. I believe the lack of customer service and effort put into selling my property was due to the low value in comparison to the other properties on AC's books at that time. This kind of industry should take more note of customer service as whilst my flat may not have been worth much by way of commission, they have lost out on recommdendations and my future business.
