I wish I could award this mob 0 stars in all honesty! I've dealt with a few estate agents in my time and I have never come across such incompete, lazy and rude agents! Perhaps they are better with buyers and owners but their treatment of lettings is atrocious. They do not reply to emails, they can be incredibly obnoxious on the phone and they show very little care for any issues you have. Broken boilers are not a joke nor are empty promises to replace the dying freezer. I realise its a common stereotype that your shiny suited estate agents will be patronising yet inarticulate but honestly? Its 2019 gentlemen- conduct yourself with a level of respect when speaking to others, especially when it concerns someone's home. I am truly thankful that I will have no more dealings with this group.... Read more
