Worst Estate agent in Ashford, AVOID at all costs if you are selling, buying or renting. There are a lot of reliable agents in and around Ashford. We were buying a house from them our offer was accepted and everything was in order for 3 weeks, after that I received a call to say someone else has put a better offer which was a surprise as the house should have been taken off the market which was not done after many requests. I was not informed of another offer until I called the agent and he said it just came in 1 hour before. In order to secure the house I said I will better the offer by 10k which a lot more than asking price. To my surprise I was being told no the owner does not want extra 10k which is bizarre and still don't under how can anyone refuse 10k more for their property??? The guy who was dealing with our potential purchase was the manager himself who is utterly unprofessional and not at all cooperative, I have to chase them every time for an update as they did not bother to contact me, I called them over 25 time over the period of 3 weeks and I only received 2 calls from the agent which just shows there commitment. The house itself not quite dear and and just under half a million so it was a bug purchase for us. Please all be careful with this agent and avoid them at all costs.

As a returning customer I was offered the best rate for selling our property. It was a tough market at the moment for sellers. Sally/Sam worked hard, professionally and was able to fetch us the expected selling price. Sally almost works round the clock and always get back with immediate responses. She is good in chasing all the parties involved and keeps thing moving. Having abundance of experience, their prediction always worked out. Would highly recommend and can trust in what they do.

I can’t recommend Aspen enough. Every step of the way they were incredibly supportive, not only did they get us full market value for our home within the first week, but the whole team were there for us, listening, sorting out issues and going above and beyond. If anyone is thinking about selling their home in the Ashford Area, Aspen in my opinion, is by far the best Estate Agents around. If you want an estate agents that picks up the phone and helps you from start to finish- choose Aspen ! They go that extra mile to support their clients.
