Every step of the way they were incredibly supportive, not only did they get us full market value for our home within the first week, but the whole team were there for us, listening, sorting out issues and going above and beyond. If anyone is thinking about selling their home in the Ashford Area, Aspen in my opinion, is by far the best Estate Agents around. We tried to buy a quite popular house in Ashford with them and made an offer about 6 month ago. Never got back to us. I kept chasing, and finally was told that the house was sold to a person who made a better offer. What a surprise when I saw that the house was actually sold at 5k less than what I offered!. Apparently we were just being discriminated. Thank god all house prices are public. Never using the agency again

Excellent and professional service. We were in a chain for about 9 months! The team really helped keep the chain intact managing everyone expectations to ensure the purchase goes through. Thank you to Sam and Sally for helping us move into home of our first choice!

Myself and my girlfriend had needed to move by the 21st of December, we had a lot of problems with our chain and this was made much less stressful with the help of all the members of Aspen, I have the upmost respect for the whole team going above and beyond to get this move done even after completion, we did not think we would be moving before the new year until the day but the way Aspen in particular Sally handled it all especially well, I am in such gratitude for the help and would recommend them to anyone.

This is only the second time I have rented a property and I have to say the staff at Aspen, particularly Keith, have been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and responses have been very quick and problems have been speedily resolved. Having been with a larger chain before the service here is outstanding. If you are able, I would definitely recommend renting through these agents.
